Prize Disclaimer

In short: Pundit is a free-to-play game of prediction and bragging rights. Pundit does not fund, hold, escrow, distribute, or administer prizes of any kind. Any prize associated with a league is set up and paid out privately by that league's creator — never by Pundit.
1. Pundit is not a prize provider
Pundit ("we", "us", "the app") is a social football-prediction game. We provide the tools for friends to create private leagues, predict match results, and compare scores on a leaderboard. We do not offer, promise, fund, hold, or administer any cash prize, payout, winnings, or reward through the app.
2. Prizes are arranged privately by league creators
A league creator may choose to record an optional "prize" for their league — for example a cash pot, a voucher, or a custom reward. Where this happens:
- The prize is defined entirely at the creator's discretion.
- The creator is solely responsible for funding the prize and for awarding it to the winner.
- Pundit takes no part in collecting money, holding funds, verifying outcomes for the purpose of payment, or delivering any prize.
- Any prize text shown in the app is informational only and is provided by the creator, not by Pundit.
3. No betting and no gambling
Pundit is not a betting or gambling product. There are no odds, no stakes taken by the app, and no money is won or lost through Pundit. Predictions are for entertainment and friendly competition only.
4. Disputes about prizes
Because prizes are private arrangements between a league's members, any question or dispute about a prize — including whether it exists, its value, or whether it has been paid — must be resolved between those members. Pundit cannot mediate, enforce, or take responsibility for these arrangements.
5. Your responsibilities
If you create a league and choose to offer a prize, you are responsible for ensuring your arrangement complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you and your participants, including any local rules on competitions, contests, or pooled funds.
