Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Pundit. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're written to be readable, but they are the agreement between you and us.

1. What Pundit is

Pundit is a free-to-play social game for predicting the results of football matches and comparing scores with friends in private leagues. It is for entertainment and friendly competition. It is not a betting or gambling service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you suspect any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

Be decent. Don't use Pundit to harass others, post unlawful or abusive content, attempt to break or game the service, or impersonate anyone. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other players.

4. Leagues and prizes

You can create or join private leagues. Some leagues may have an optional prize set by their creator. Pundit does not fund, hold, or administer any prize — these are private arrangements between league members. See our Prize Disclaimer for the full position.

5. Premium

Some features are offered as paid upgrades (for example, larger leagues or custom local competitions). Pricing and what's included are shown in the app before you pay. Purchases are handled by the relevant app store and are subject to that store's terms.

6. Availability

We work to keep Pundit running smoothly but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and availability can vary by region.

7. Liability

Pundit is provided "as is" for casual entertainment. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from private prize arrangements between members, or from your use of the app beyond what the law requires.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll give reasonable notice in the app or by other means.
